One-Piece Fingertight fitting is a unique specialty fitting that is a direct replacement for the 6-40 Valco fitting. It has an all polymer construction giving in excellent solvent resistance. It has a 6-40 coned thread port configuration of and is for 1/32" OD tubing.
The Short NanoTight Fitting offers the best available option for connecting capillary tubing into standard 10-32 threaded, coned ports normally designed for 1/16” OD tubing. When combined with NanoTight® Tubing Sleeves, these fittings work with tubing ODs from 70µm to 1mm. The ferrule is made from softer Tefzel (ETFE) material allowing ease of connection. The PEEK Two-Piece SealTight Fingertight Fitting is optimally designed so that the nut and ferrule create dual compression. The forward cone on the ferrule provides outstanding gripping power and a leak-free seal. Manufactured from biocompatible PEEK it offers excellent chemical resistance. It is black, has a M6 Coned port configuration is designed to connect to 1/16"OD tubing. This assembly comes with Ferrule F-192.
