Alex's 5 Year Workiversary!
This month our Marketing Coordinator Alex will be celebrating her 5 year anniversary working for Greyhound. We would like to congradulate her for the hard work she has put in for our company and the postive impacts she has had. Carry on reading to learn about Alex's journey at Greyhound over the past 5 years.
Alex began working for us in 2018 as a Business Administration Apprentice, achieving her level 3 qualification with Wirral Met. Almost 5 years later and Alex has went on to achieve her Level 6 Diploma in Professional Digital Marketing with CIM and been promoted to Marketing Coordinator, she will be celebrating her graduation for this qualification in London this November. Alex is now a mentor to our Digital Marketing Apprentice, Katie, and provides great support to help Katie excel in her role. To assist in being a mentor to our apprentice, Alex is currently undertaking a Level 4 Leadership and Management course to enhance her skills as a manager.
''Throughout my time here at Greyhound, I have developed not only professionally but personally too. I have been pushed by my colleagues to achieve the best results in every task I have undertaken, which has led me to complete some amazing projects over the last 5 years with great feedback both from customers and our suppliers. Greyhound has opened so many doors for me by inspiring me to advance my personal development skills through various courses. I owe some of my huge successes to Sue, Paul and Colin who have been my mentors since I began with the company and who have encouraged me to achieve more than I believed I was capable of. I am so proud to be able to pass on my marketing expertise to Katie, who I am now the mentor for and who is already doing amazingly in her Digital Marketing role.
