They Greyhound team has just returned from the Dioxin conference in Maastricht, an event focused on the science of persistent organic pollutants from a broad perspective.
Our operations Director Colin, and Marketing Coordinator Alex attended the conference and joined the Wellington Laboratories team on their stand to promote our products and latest developments to the attendees.

On the Wellington stand we showcased Wellington's wide range of high quality native and mass labeled reference standards for environmental testing and research.
Jordan Stubleski a research scientist at Wellington held daily poster presentations in the Expo foyer about the Quantification of PCDD/PCDFs, DL-PCBs, and DL-PCNs in Fly Ash using a combined POPs APGC-MS/MS Analysis Method.

During Dioxin, Colin and Alex attended many networking events including a Welcome Reception held in a national monument from the 17th century, Rebelle, and also the Gala Dinner located at the Château Neercanne - a unique castle with panoramic views across the Jeker Valley.
On the final day of Dioxin our team set up on the Wellington stand and gave out free Dioxin 2023 branded T-Shirts to the attendees! Other freebies we had on at the stand included a range of pens, catalogues, USB sticks and more.
Overall Dioxin was a success! The conference encouraged some effective networking at the amazing events that were held, and provided our team with great opportunities to connect with customers, students and science professionals from all around the world.
