As we bid farewell to another remarkable year, it's time to reflect on 2023 at Greyhound. This year has been nothing short of exciting, with major milestones, events and opportunities.

Employee Milestones

As the Greyhound team continues its successful journey, we actively acknowledge and celebrate the crucial milestones attained by our employees.

Throughout the year, we marked several significant milestones with our team, commemorating notable birthdays such as those of our Operations Director, Colin, and Customer Account Executive, Amiee. Our marketing team achieved noteworthy academic milestones, earning promotions for attaining a diploma in marketing and a level 3 Business Administration qualification. Additionally, we warmly welcomed new additions to our dedicated staff, including Victoria, who joined as our Sales & Business Development Executive, Sasha, our SOP Apprentice, and Will, who came on board as our Sales Executive.

Events

In April, our directors attended the Ukraine Business Summit, where our focus centered on deliberating post-war recovery trade opportunities to contribute to the rehabilitation efforts for the people of Ukraine. Furthermore, this October, we had the honor of attending the Liverpool Chamber of Commerce awards, having been shortlisted for two prestigious accolades. Additionally, throughout the year, we actively participated in numerous networking events, providing valuable opportunities to connect with fellow laboratory professionals and industry specialists. These interactions facilitated meaningful exchanges of insights, fostering collaborative efforts and contributing to our ongoing growth and development within the scientific community.

Throughout the course of the year, the Greyhound team actively participated in several prominent exhibitions, exemplifying our dedication to staying at the forefront of industry developments. Notable events included our presence at ArabLab in Dubai, where we engaged with a global audience, fostering connections and exploring collaborative prospects. Another significant highlight was our participation in Dioxin in Maastricht, where we seized the opportunity to showcase our products to a diverse and discerning audience. Closer to home, we also took part in Lab Innovations in the UK, contributing to the vibrant scientific landscape in the region.
