Meet Our Apprentices
At Greyhound we have been supporting the apprenticeship programme for a long time, we believe they provide individuals with a practical, hands-on experience and the opportunity to gain knowledge and skills whilst earning a wage.
Our Past Apprentices
Our Logistics Manager Adam, began working with us over 10 years ago as an apprentice and has worked his way up to his current position, completing his ADR course, IMDG course and DGSA course which enabled him to become a qualified DGSA.
Alex, our Marketing Coordinator, also started in the company 4 years ago as an apprentice and has since gone on to achieve her level 6 Diploma in Professional Digital Marketing as well as recently starting her level 4 course in management after becoming a mentor to our digital marketing apprentice Katie.
Our Current Apprentices
Our digital marketing apprentice Katie has been with the company since October 2022 and is currently completing her level 3 Business Administration Certification with Wirral Met College. Katie assists the marketing team by creating and managing content for our social media platforms, monitoring our performance online, keeping up with the latest industry trends, working on marketing campaigns and much more.
Reagan, our Logistics apprentice started early this month and has been assisting the logistics team in all aspects, currently Reagan is primarily handling goods inwards as well as learning goods outwards, to get shipments to customers safely and efficiently. Reagan is also completing his Level 3 business administration certification with Wirral Met.
And finally our newest member Sasha, Sasha is our Sales Order Processing Apprentice and her role mainly consists of contacting suppliers for delivery dates and updating our customers accordingly, assisting the sales team with processing orders and sending invoices as well as various other administrative tasks.
