FITTINGS

The MicroFerrule is part of the MicroTight family of fittings. These fittings are designed specifically for Capillary tubing. This naturally colored, PEEK ferrule is for a 1/32"OD.

The MicroTight Nut is designed specifically to work with NanoPort and MicroTight Unions, Adapters and Inline MicroFilters. It is manufactured from biocompatible PEEK which offers excellent chemical resistance. It has a 6-32 Coned port configuration and is for use with 1/32" tubing OD. It comes in micro headless knurl head style.

The MicroTight Ferrule is part of a family of fittings which offer a unique system consisting of three different ferrules and a female nut. It is designed to use the applicable ferrule to connect tubing to the MicroTight connectors, such as MicroTees and MicroCrosses. This ALL PEEK ferrule delivers excellent chemical resistance. It has a 5/16-24 Coned port configuration and is for a for 360µm OD. It comes in natural colour.

LiteTouch Ferrules are specifically designed to help prevent polymer tubing from twisting during the tightening process. The ferrule has a durable stainless steel lock ring which ensures that the it stays in place on the tubing when the fitting system is loosened from its receiving port. It is designed for 1/16"OD tubing and has a 1-32 Coned Thread Port Configuration. It comes in natural colour.

The LiteTouch PEEK Nut is designed to help prevent the twisting of polymer tubing by gripping tubing at two compression points. It's unique design allows it to be used on hard tubing like stainless steel or PEEK tubing preventing the collapse of tubing ID. It is for 1/16"OD tubing.
