The MicroTight Nut is designed specifically to work with NanoPort and MicroTight Unions, Adapters and Inline MicroFilters. It is manufactured from biocompatible PEEK which offers excellent chemical resistance. It has a 6-32 Coned port configuration and is for use with 1/32" tubing OD. It comes in standard micro knurl head styles, red colorur.
The LiteTouch MicroFerrule can be used with hard tubing like stainless steel and PEEK Tubing preventing the collapse of tubing ID. The LiteTouch PEEK ferrule has a stainless steel lock ring. It is designed for 1/32"OD tubing. This ferrule is part of a system that helps prevent the twisting of polymer tubing by gripping tubing at two compression points.
